License grant
A user with a valid entitlement may use Personal Vault for personal, non-exclusive purposes on permitted devices and during the permitted term. TrustNow and its licensors retain ownership and intellectual-property rights.
Restrictions
Except where law expressly permits, reverse engineering, bypassing security, tampering with signatures or integrity, unauthorized redistribution, attacks, and fraudulent creation of points or licenses are prohibited.
Updates
Signed updates may be provided for security and compatibility. Verify the published version, publisher, timestamp, and SHA-256 before installation.
Termination
Access may be restricted for a material breach. Rights in the user's original files remain with the user.
