These terms govern Personal Vault, accounts, plans, PVLT, and authentic document services.

Service scope
Personal Vault provides file protection, cloaking, secure viewing, authentic document transfer, plans, PVLT, and account services. Available features may differ by platform and are defined on the purchase screen.
Accounts and security
Users must protect their accounts and bound devices. Self-referrals, mutual referrals, duplicate accounts, automation, repeated installation, and other abusive earning or payment activity are prohibited.
Usage and PVLT
Free use includes 20 lifetime protections. Monthly plans include 120 in the first paid period and 100 each later month. Annual plans include 1,220 without a monthly cap. PVLT is redeemable for eligible TrustNow plans at 1,400 PVLT per USD 1 and cannot be cashed out or transferred between users.
Changes and availability
Parts of the service may change or pause for security, legal, provider, or platform-policy reasons. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice and impact on acquired rights will be minimized.
Responsibility
TrustNow applies reasonable security measures continuously but does not claim to eliminate every attack or user error. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
