Refund Policy
Subscription, authentic-document, and point-payment refunds are reconciled against the original transaction and actual use.
Planned effective date: launch of live billing
Subscriptions
Cancellation and refund eligibility for monthly and annual plans depends on the terms shown at purchase, actual use, applicable law, and Paddle or app-store rules. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge.
Authentic document purchases
An unused issuance credit may be eligible for refund where the payment method and law permit. A credit already used to issue a document may be non-refundable because delivery has begun.
Point payments
Reserved PVLT is restored after failure, cancellation, or timeout. On an approved refund, PVLT and entitlements are adjusted against the original transaction; PVLT is not refunded as cash.

Send the order or transaction identifier and reason to hms@trustnow.co.kr. We will reconcile the provider record and server ledger before responding.
