File protection stays on the device, while only the minimum account, payment, and points data needed to operate the service is processed.
Planned effective date: launch of live billing
Information we process
We process the minimum account identifiers, email, device binding data, subscription and payment status, PVLT ledger entries, referral verification data, and security or failure records needed to operate the service. Payment instrument data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored on TrustNow servers.
Local file protection
Protected file contents, names, paths, and hashes are processed on the user's device by default and are not sent to the server for rewards or subscription checks. Files voluntarily supplied for support are handled only for that request.
Purpose and retention
Data is used for authentication, device binding, entitlements, fraud prevention, payment confirmation, support, and legal obligations. It is deleted when no longer needed, except where retention is required by law.
Providers and international processing
Paddle or an app store may process payment data under its own policy and in other regions. Provider, data, purpose, and retention details will be disclosed before live billing opens.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of eligible account data by contacting hms@trustnow.co.kr.
